Tyarra Nelson is a dietitian and online coach from Australia who holds a strong passion for health, fitness, nutrition science, and physique sport. Tyarra specialises in the area of bodybuilding dietetics and employs evidence-based nutrition and training protocols to help others achieve their ultimate health and fitness goals of stepping on stage. This includes coaching clients through their improvement seasons and comp preps so that they can perform to their maximum potential, both mentally and physically, and most importantly enjoy the bodybuilding journey while maintaining a healthy relationship with food and their body. As a competitive physique athlete herself, Tyarra strives to lead by example for her clients by finding a sustainable balance between her bodybuilding endeavours, dietary patterns, career, relationships, and love for being outdoors. Tyarra holds a Masters degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise from the University of Queensland, as well as her Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Level 1 ISAK anthropometry accreditation. She is also an accredited sports nutritionist and works alongside Sports Nutrition Australia. During her years of tertiary level studies, Tyarra took great interest in the areas of sports nutrition, advanced exercise physiology, food science, human anatomy, and biomechanics. She has worked actively in the field since 2016, both as an online health and physique coach and personal trainer, and to this day continuously aims to further develop her skills and education.
