Kylie Holt works as a Senior Sports Physiotherapist at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). She has Bachelor degrees in Medical Science & Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney, a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in Melbourne and is currently completing a PhD at the University of Canberra on “Shoulder pain and pathology in elite swimmers”. Kylie has 15 years’ experience working with elite athletes as a physiotherapist for the Australian Track and Field team, Australian Women’s Artistic Gymnastics team, Australian Women’s Softball team and Australian Swimming Team. She has been the lead Physiotherapist looking after swimming at the AIS since 2009 over which time has travelled to many FINA world championships, World Cups and other international meets. Kylie has also been a Physiotherapist with the Australian team at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, as well as Delhi 2010 and Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth.
