Ingrid Beutler, Founder of Beutler International Sports Advisory, which focuses on the ethical imperatives of sport, is a former elite athlete and international lawyer with nearly 20 years’ experience working in international organisations concentrating on sport’s integrity, human rights, development and sustainability. Former roles include: Integrity Manager, IOC; Director, Social Responsibility and Integrity Units, General Association of International Sports Federations (GAIS); Head of the United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP) and researcher at the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). She holds a Masters in International Law from the University of Geneva and a law degree and Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Political Science and Geography from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
