Dr. Roy Collins MD, MPH is a resident physician specializing in Psychiatry at Stanford. Before a career in medicine, he played American Football at the collegiate level as an undergraduate for Yale University, and was an All-Ivy League performer. Now as a physician, Dr. Collins combines his on-the-field experiences with his specialized medical training in order to help athletes optimize their sports performance. Dr. Collins was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 13 years old, and now studies the intersections between Diabetes, Sports, and Mental Health.
