Dr. Audrey Kinahan, PhD, B.Sc. (Pharm), Dip FM, MPSI, is in her 4th year as Chair of the WADA List Expert Group. A member since 2008, Audrey has presented at the WADA TUE symposia (Paris, 2013, Helsinki, 2017), Tackling Doping in Sport (London, 2016) and chaired the WADA gene doping session at the International Convention on Science, Education and Medicine in Sport (Glasgow, 2012) and the World Conference on Doping in Sport (Katowice, 2019). Audrey has been an expert witness for WADA in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the International Ski Federation (FIS) and World Rugby. Since 2000, Audrey has provided information on antidoping to Sport Ireland with their endorsement of Eirpharm.com, an online medicines-and-sport database, developed by Audrey and her husband, which at the time, was the first of its kind in Europe. In 2010, Audrey began overseeing the TUE administration service of Sport Ireland. She is a member of the World Rugby Anti-Doping Advisory and TUE Committees. Audrey primarily works as a practising community pharmacist and in medicine’s regulation where she is listed by the European Medicines Agency as an Expert. She holds a first-class honours degree in pharmacy (1991) and PhD (1995) from Trinity College Dublin and is a fellow of the Royal Irish Academy of Medicine in Ireland.
