Dr. Schneider is a professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. As a former Director of Ethics and Education for the World Anti-Doping Agency and an Olympic Silver Medallist (1984), Schneider brings a unique perspective, and first- hand knowledge, as an academic researching in the area of doping and ethics. She is the author of many publications on Doping in Sport, Sport Ethics, Olympic Studies, and Gender and Sport. Schneider is currently the primary investigator for the SSHRC funded project on advancing human rights through sport.
